Delivery information
Specifically, in the chapter DELIVERY INFORMATION, You will find everything about all delivery options. We can deliver our production to most places in Norway by our own transport for free. All production is very well packed, so goods will be safe when delivering – it’s our responsibility. Please, see the map below, where delivery is free (we also visit Oslo area often).
Whenever Your order is confirmed, we give You an expected delivery date (this is not a specific date, just an indication). The week before we are ready to deliver Your production, You will receive an email/SMS/phone call from us with the exact date of delivery or approximately time. 1,5-2 hours before Your delivery is due, You will receive SMS/phone call about an exact meeting hour. Delivery information saves time and keeps a plan for both sides.
In some cases, if Your order is small – we do not send our truck to an exact address. Under these circumstances, we make an appointment in bigger places on the main road near You (this option is agreed before You confirm the order).
If Your place is location in the area which is NOT on our route: usually, in this case, we arrange transport to Your location with a transport company for an additional cost. Delivery information and costs we estimate before order is confirmed.
Once the driver arrives, he will in most cases be able to off load the goods (our truck has lift behind and driver has a trolley). A helping hand is always welcome! The goods will not be taken into Your house as he is not insured to do so. In spite of this, our team is trying to do their best!
After the delivery
We are always happy to get Your feedback and opinion. If You have any questions, just let us know. It’s excellent to get pictures from You after installation.
Payment
To confirm Your order, Your signature is needed on our offer. We always ask to check all details in the offer before signing carefully. Otherwise, it can be too late to change or stop the order.
The week before delivery You will receive an email from us with an invoice to pay. Depending on the circumstances, You will receive invoice from our Norwegian company Jonas Vinduer AS or Lithuanian company UAB JONAS VINDUER. No worries about documentation, because our company takes care of customs clearance, if needed.
The payment must be made before delivery. Only regular customers and trusted partners can delay payment. Customers, who would like to pay when goods arrives, can pay directly to the driver by bank card. In this case, customers will also need to write down on the invoice that payment was made by bank card.
